Fees

The fee for the Institutional Data and Safety Monitoring Board will be based on the complexity of each individual project. Once a request is received, OCR will provide the investigator with a quote for the project. New investigators and investigators without grant sources and support or departmental funding may apply to the Office of Clinical Research, Health Sciences for a limited waiver of these fees. To apply for a wavier of fees, please attach a letter addressed to Steven E. Reis, MD, Associate Vice Chancellor for Clinical Research. The request letter should include a brief abstract of the project and an explanation of limited or no funding for this project.
