Study Design and Statistical Consultation Request Process
It is strongly recommended that requests be initiated at least two weeks before services-not end results-are needed. Adequate lead time will enable our staff to adequately evaluate the project and provide the most appropriate assistance.
Each requestor must complete an on-line request form. A separate request form must be completed for EACH project.
All available supporting documents (IRB protocol, preliminary data set, abstract) must be uploaded with the request. The cumulative file size allowed is approximately 10 Mb. File types accepted are: Microsoft Word (DOC), Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Excel (XLS).
