Recruitment of participants to clinical research projects
is usually more difficult than the investigator anticipates,
and accrual is usually slower than expected. Novel mechanisms
for participant recruitment have been developed by many clinical
research organizations, and OCR will assist clinical investigators
in identifying and implementing suitable recruitment mechanisms
and to make adjustments if the methods are not working.
